U15 Triples Cup - Alliston Curling Club
This 1 day event combines three Triples Games with a Scored Skills Session.
U15 Triples Cup – Three 6-end games in the triples format, with players rotating positions each set.
Skills Scoring – One scored skills session for all athletes. (Skills session details will be provided in event guide)
Awards are presented at the end of day 1st, 2nd, 3rd place. Games one and two will be random draws and game three will be seeded based on Win / Losses with ties broken by combined team Skills Scores.
Triples is an exciting format used to teach curlers to become more well-rounded. Players rotate positions every set, giving all players on the team a chance to throw last rock, call strategy, judge/sweep on their own. Team coaches will be permitted on the ice throughout the whole game to counsel and teach their teams strategy, tactics, ice reading, etc… Each team will play three six-end triples games as part of the competition.
For the 2025-2026 season the age restriction is players aged fourteen or younger as of June 30, 2025 (born on or after July 1, 2010)
Each event includes:
• Three Triples game
• Skills competition
• Lunch for three players and coach
• Top three teams awarded medals
Entry Fee: $225.00 + HST (If a team is bringing a fourth player add 50.00) - please select additional player during the registration process.
Lunch for three players and coach.
Four person teams are permitted (4th player will rotate as per event guide)
