U15 Youth Development Camp - Lakefield Curling Club - Nov 22 & 23
Skills Development Sessions – Three skills-based training sessions to develop fundamentals in delivery, sweeping, and team strategy. (exact content to be determined)
RockFest In-Person Qualifier – Two RockFest scored competition opportunities integrated into the event schedule to allow participants to post qualifying scores. (Singles Skills – recorded in the “Skills” app)
U15 Triples Cup – Two 6-end games in the triples format, with players rotating positions each set.
Awards are presented at the end of the 2nd day for Gold, Silver and Bronze teams – combined score of Triples games and Individual Singles scores. Individual awards are presented for top 3 Skills winners.
Top 4 female & Top 4 male from the RockFest Qualifying scores are guaranteed advancement to U15 Rockfest East, January 22- 24, 2026 in Mississauga. Additional confirmed in-person scores with guaranteed advancement to be confirmed based on number of participants.
For Athletes 11 to 14 years old as of June 30, 2025. (Athletes younger than 11 may participate – however their scores will not be recorded for the Rockfest qualifier)
Teams of three (or four, with rotation) are permitted.
Athletes will register as individuals and provide the name of the team to be associated with. Athlete's are asked to list their team name - Teams of 3 or 4 will participate for RockFest qualification scores. Teams of 3 will be used for triples game with 4th players being rotated in every other end.
Event Fee – Per Person - $150.00 (includes lunch both days, snacks and hot chocolate)
All participants will need to create a curler profile - and complete a waiver and concussion awareness acknowledgement in Sideline Learning
