Trillium 2025 Week B - Aug. 17- 22, 2025
The Trillium Curling Camp is a premier curling experience for curlers 12 years of age as of Jan. 1, 2025 and no older than 18 years of age as of the start of camp (Aug. 10, 2025). Two sessions running from Sunday evening to Friday afternoon happen annually in August. This product is for Week B running from Sunday August 17 to Friday August 22, 2025. If you want to register for Week A, then do NOT register here. There is a different link for that which can be found HERE.
Since 2014, the camp has been held at the KW Granite Curling Club in Waterloo, Ontario and we are returning there this summer. While at the camp, campers reside at the Waterloo Hall residence at Wilfrid Laurier University.
PLEASE NOTE: Trillium is an individual camp and not a team camp. Campers are sorted into colour groups based primarily on the age of the camper. Consideration MAY be given to the stage of development of the camper but camper age is the major determinant regarding group placement. This has been the model for the camp since it's creation and over time we have found this to be the model that most aligns with the goals of the camp. We strive to create a learning environment where campers are along side others who are at a similar social level to each other. Camp management carefully considers group placement based on those factors.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for teams to be placed in the same groups, nor can we accommodate requests for individuals to be placed with others. Because of the size of the camp this isn't feasible to manage. One of the primary goals of the camp is for campers to meet new people and this helps facilitate that.
Campers can expect a first-class curling experience at the camp led by knowledgeable and certified instructors, as well as few curling celebrities! Some of the stars seen at the camp in the past include Lori Olsen Johns, Kaitlyn Lawes, John Epping and Laura and Geoff Walker. Who knows who’ll show up next!
The camp is more than just curling training. Our mission is to provide a memorable, fun and positive experience while at the same time making a significant impact on their curling development. We place a high priority on the experience as whole and make considerable efforts to include activities that encourage kids to make new friends and generally enjoy their time with us.
You will need a Curler Profile in order to register. The name and information entered into the Curler Profile should be that of the camper attending camp. We use that information to set up groups and for rooming purposes.
