Competition Coach Workshop King Curling Club October 18

NEW COURSE FORMAT – Online Course followed by One-Day In-Person Training

This course is the second part of the Competition Coach Program.

Participants registering in this course MUST also register for and complete the Curling Canada Online Learning Modules:
REGISTER FOR ONLINE TRAINING

Participants should anticipate 10–15 hours of work to complete the online modules prior to attending this in-person course.

The online training consists of two modules:
- Getting Started in Coaching
- Competition Coach – Pilot 2025

Both modules should be completed before you attend the in-person training.

The Competition Coach workshop is intended for coaches who plan on working with teams during practice and competition.

• "In Training" status will be awarded when a coach has completed the Curling Competition Coach Workshop.
  
• "Trained" status will be awarded when a coach has completed the Curling Competition Coach Workshop and the Make Ethical Decisions multi-sport workshop.
  

Ontario Curling Council programs are ONLY available to registrants of our member associations Curling Ontario and NOCA, and to registered members of out-of-province associations. If you are not a member of Curling Ontario, NOCA, or a sanctioned out-of-province association, then this program is not available to you.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to register, participants require an NCCP number. If you do not already have one, you must register with the Coaches Association of Canada. Instructions on how to get your NCCP number are available on the Curling in Ontario website HERE.

In order to register for this workshop, individuals must complete a Curler Profile.
